Returns & Exchanges

KOANA SWIM offers store credits or exchanges. We accept exchanges on all our swim pieces within 20 days of the delivery date. The item/s must be in original condition, not worn, unwashed or altered in any way. Shipping costs are non refundable. 


All return shipping costs are to be held responsible by the customer
. We are not responsible for the loss of your bikini(s) being returned. For your protection and in case of any loss or damage, please ensure your return package is insured and has a tracking number.

To begin the exchange process, please email us at customercare@koanaswim.com with your order number, full name, and the reason of exchange. 

Once we receive your package, your exchange or store credit will be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your exchange or store credit has been issued.
