Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer credit card refunds. All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an e-gift card. The store credit does not expire and may be used to purchase any item from our store.

We understand that getting the right swimwear fit could be tricky, but unfortunately, due to hygienic reasons, costs of handling and processing returns, we cannot issue cash/credit card refunds for returns. That said, we do want you to get your order right the first time, so if you have any questions about our products or sizing, feel free to contact us at

Note: We will issue store credit only for the value of the items returned. Shipping is non-refundable.

In order for us to approve your return, it must meet the following conditions:

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
  2. Item(s) must be unworn and undamaged. Washing or altering the item(s) in any way is considered damaging it. When fitting your suit, we'd suggest wearing it over other pieces of clothing to avoid stains and damages.
  3.  Stains such as makeup, deodorant, or residue found upon inspection will not be eligible for an exchange/store credit. The return package will be returned back to you at your own costs. 
  4. Item(s) must be returned in original condition with original packaging, complete with its sanitary strip.

Please visit your local postal office to purchase a return shipping label. All return shipping costs are to be held responsible by the customer
. We are not responsible for the loss of your bikini(s) being returned. For your protection and in case of any loss or damage, please ensure your return package is insured and has a tracking number.

You will receive an email when your return is received and your store credit or exchange has been processed. 

Note: Make sure to keep a copy of your shipping receipt. Should there be any issues with the shipment of your return, this will serve as your proof of shipment.

Exchanges are not free - a shipping invoice will be sent to your email.
